You won’t see any snowmen in Southern California, but San Diego certainly knows how to decorate for the holidays! And now you can tour some of Point Loma’s finest homes AND benefit animals at the same time!

This year’s Holiday Home Tour is a time-honored event in San Diego of which Best Friends is proud to be a part. The tour will feature five homes with exquisite holiday decor. Plus there’ll also be a raffle and silent auction featuring items from some of the coolest San Diego artisans and businesses with values upwards of $3,000! You’ll also have the chance to purchase items straight from local vendors.

The best part of all is ticket sales will benefit Best Friends’ First Home Forever Home campaign, which helps people improve their bonds with their pets so they can provide loving, forever homes.

The First Home Forever Home campaign will also be extending its Four Legged Food Drive into San Diego in conjunction with the Holiday Home Tour.

Any food collected will be donated to the Helen Woodward Animal Center AniMeals program to help local families in need feed the pets they love.

We will be accepting donations of any size or brand of unopened, unexpired pet food, but we’re especially requesting CANNED pet food, particularly Whiskas, Friskies and Pedigree food for both dogs and cats.
